Back in September, the LA Leakers had premiered this song on XM/Sirius Satellite radio channel Shade 45 from D’s and the American Noise camp. Now we finally get the CDQ. From the Sole is the first release from his upcoming Mixtape titled The Grey Area. With production from ANMGs in house producer Rick Hughes, they have recreated an early 90s sound with a new age appeal.
Track 3 of 3 features Mr. Brick Squad himself over a Lex Luger instrumental. Bow
Here’s the 2nd of the 3 track Drake leaked online today. Straight from October’s Very Own & the MMG boss. Ugh *Rozay grunt*
New Drizzy. His blog said to expect two more tracks tonight so be sure to check back later. Take Care is slated for October 24th.
Jadakiss goes in over some production by my favorite producer Bink. Look up his credits if you’ve never heard of him.
The final video from 18 year old Southern California/Moreno Valley musician Nicky D’s 2011 hip hop project L.O.S.T. In Location. Produced by Michael Uzowuru, directed by Norm J & Nicky D’s. Prep yourselves for The Grey Area.
Super tired from an incredible video shoot.
For the record, these are not mixtapes, not EP’s either. I wake up on Sunday’s and I decide what songs I want to let out or rerelease for yall. You’ve been so patient for 2 YEARS! I think you deserve some insight and unreleased music.
1. Bring Em’ In- Made this in ATL during the “single hunt” phase. Even though it wasn’t a single and won’t make the album, I love this shit!
2. Roll Call- Just some real shit. Venting
3. Be Freestyle- “Put on for my city like my favorite jacket… “man, you gon’ where that every got damn night??”.. “know what I paid for this shit?? bitch, you got damn right!!”
